    Hi. My sister is in the Philippines and were in USA. She would like to make calls here in usa. Is this voice over internet, or it needs another type of gadget to start making calls? Is the price listed as calls from Philippines to USA, or vice versa. Also, will the statement be billed to the Philippine address or US address.

    These rates are wrong. I had $4.00 on my account and used it all on a 19 minute call from Cebu to Manila.
