The Skype 1.56.78 for Web is rolling out right now and the new version of Skype for Web allows users to play back cloud NGC audio messages (recording is not supported yet), make full screen calls (this mode will be default when starting a call) and mute ringing sound on Outlook.com (useful when multiple endpoints are simultaneously used on the same PC).
