Skype 6.1.999.130 for Windows is a special version of Skype for Windows, which adds support of video cameras on systems with old processors that do not support SSE2 (Streaming SIMD Extensions 2). The problem is that if processor does not support SSE2 Skype will not be able to detect video camera and thus it is impossible to make video calls. Developers recommend installing this version only on computers whose processors do not support the SSE2 instruction set.
