   hi, i have issues when am on videocall the other person video keep freezing then goes to black can you help me with that please?

      Hello! If your video preview continues to work properly, most likely the problem is not on your side. This error occurs with all interlocutors, or to only this one?

         Thanks for replying,yeah only to this one we didn't have problem until recently after the update.

            Most probably his web camera stops working this is why you see the black "square". Tell him to update drivers for web camera and video card, then save the DxDiag.txt file (details here), upload it at uploads.skaip.org/uploader and tell me the ID.

   I was so surprised when I found out my skype account was linked to microsoft account. Please help me unlink microsoft from slype. I just want to use SKYPE only. I hope you can help. thanks
