   The new version of the annoying promo edges a little closer to "We see that you're using Windows 10. Only the Skype app already installed on your PC is compatible with it."
   
   I hope it never comes to that, but MS has been popping up versions of the promo message on Windows 10 since at least 7.35, so they've been persistent at trying to get us to switch for some reason.

      During a call, you can listen to music but your friend will only hear your voice (not the music). Enabling the “share system sound” option will allow the friend to hear your voice and music at the same time.

      Try to uninstall Skype using MicrosoftFixit.ProgramInstallUninstall.RNP.Run.exe, then install 7.36.0.150.

   Since updating to Skype 7.39.0.102 my sound does not work. All indications are that it is turned on. I have checked all updates for my microphone drivers and they are all up to date. The sound for every other thing on my computer is working properly. PLEASE, how can I fix this?

                  According to Echo123 your microphone does not work. Therefore, I asked: are you sure that the microphone is working properly? For example, does the microphone work in other applications?

                     I have the same problem as Hazel Muller. Since I installed Skype 7.36.0.150 my microphone does not work. I tried everything to fix this issue but my microphone does not work in Skype.

                        Hi Marco! If I get you right, according to echo123 your microphone does not work, but you are sure that’s not true and the microphone works in other applications? If so, please try to disable NGC audio codec and try to make another test call to echo123.
