This bot diagnoses patients & refers doctors. Its usage is as follows: (1) Patients will visit Community Health Center (CHC) when they are sick; (2) CHC staff uses Bacsi24x7 Bot to enter the patient's symptoms without PII; (3) Bacsi24x7 Bot maps the patient's symptoms to Hue Family Medicine Center (Hue FMC) medical knowledge base, determines the specialties related to these symptoms, and recommends a doctor; (4) CHC staff uses Bacsi24x7 Bot to make an appointment for the patient with the recommended doctor.
