   Is the MSI installer DLL problem solved with this release?
   The absence of Visual C++ package problem.

      As far as I know, no, it is not fixed. The same as 7.33.32.105 — version 7.34.32.102 contains all necessary DLLs but installer does not copy them into the installation folder. This is why you have to copy them yourself (for more details see The api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer).

         We used the SkypeWebplugin as the source for copying the needed DLL files.
         It only appears on Windows7 machines for us.
         
         Will sit tight and await a version that installs as expected.

      Like any phased-rollout or insider update, this feature is not yet available for all users. I believe that next releases will enable it for all users.
